Exchange Policy

Kalasheel provides a hassle-free policy in which no questions are asked to the customer for exchange. However, the conditions mentioned below must be fulfilled for an exchange.

Customers can claim exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

The customer will bear the return delivery charges.

Kalasheel will issue a credit note of the product's price deducting the return delivery charges, which the customer can use in 90 days.

The customer will have to bear the delivery cost of the exchanged product.

Exchanges articles will be dispatched only for prepayment of delivery charges. No request of clubbing of delivery with any new order will be entertained.
