Shipping Policy

Kalasheel is committed to delivering your order with good-quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition in the shortest period, we ship through Delhivery courier partner.


Shipping within India:

Pan-India free shipping via Delhivery on all prepaid orders.

Delivery Timeline: 0-7 Days

Cash on Delivery charges is applicable. ₹100 is applicable on orders below ₹5000 and ₹200 charges are applicable on orders above ₹5000.


International Shipping:

We ship to most countries, including the USA, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand. Our International Logistics partners are EPS, FEDEX and Delhivery.

Delivery Timeline: 4-10 days

Our prices include all taxes included in the list prices except Import/Custom Duty if applicable in your region. The import duty, if charged, will be borne by the consignee (receiver).

Q. How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days after placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Pre Orders take 15-20 days for delivery. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

Q. What if the product received is in damaged condition?

Please, do not accept the product if you find it in damaged condition. In case of any other damage to the product (s), please write to support@kalasheel.com within 24 (Twenty Four) hours of receiving the package with the damaged pictures, videos, and other details.

If you fail to accept the delivery after 2 (two) attempts, the shipment will be returned by one of our partners in delivery. In these instances, we are not responsible for any damage or loss or damage to product (s) when they are sent back to us. Returning products that have not been delivered does not guarantee a refund.
