Return Policy

We allow returns if the product delivered contains any manufacturing defect or in the event of the delivery of an incorrect or defective item to the customer. Please note that normal variations or gradations that are a part of woven pieces shall not be considered manufacturing defects. The conditions mentioned below must be fulfilled for a return.

1. The opening video of the product must be genuine to claim the return. If we don't find the opening reel honest, we have a right not to accept your request.

2. The cost of return delivery will be the customer's responsibility.

3. We will not accept any claims for refund or exchange after 48 (Forty-eight) hours of receiving the products.

4. If we don't find any defect in the product, we will return the product to the customer. In that case return articles will be dispatched only prepayment of delivery charges. No request of clubbing of delivery with any new order will be entertained.
